Siamak ("Matt") Ghaffari (born November 11, 1961 in Tehran, Iran) is an American-Iranian Olympic silver-medal winning wrestler. He was a two-time Olympic team member obtaining a silver medal after losing against Alexander Karelin in the final of 1996. In total holds four World and Olympic Medals[1]
Ghaffari attended Paramus High School in Paramus, New Jersey.[1]
